Book online: when do we meet?
Cancellation policy for renting accommodations at Näsets Marcusgård:
- Näsets Marcusgård will send you a booking confirmation directly after you have booked. You can pay the invoice by bank transfer or card after visiting Näsets Marcusgård.
- The reservation is binding for both the guest and Näsets Marcusgård, provided Näsets Marcusgård has confirmed it. The confirmation is done via email. Upon booking, the guest should provide the hotel with the following information: name, address, email address, and mobile phone number.
- Check-in is from 14:00 on the arrival day, and checkout is at 11:00 on the day of departure (unless different times have been agreed upon).
- Cancellation must be done no later than 18.00 the day before arrival. If the guest cancels later or fails to show up, the price for the first night is still charged.
- If you have made a reservation for a specific period, but depart before the original departure date, you will have to pay the same amount as for late cancellation. On top of the price for the nights you have stayed, you will be charged for one extra night.
- Paying an invoice is no fun, yet we kindly request that you do so promptly after your stay with us. If this is not possible, we apply a payment term of 14 days. If you have not paid after 14 days, we will immediately remind you to pay the outstanding amount. If you have not paid, we will charge 12% annual interest and engage a collection agency to settle the debt.
- According to Swedish legislation, the hotel is not responsible for damage or loss unless the staff of Näsets Marcusgård directly causes it.
- Smoking and pets are not allowed at Näsets Marcusgård. The guest is responsible for any damage caused to Näsets Marcusgård by themselves or their guests (this includes setting off the fire alarm by cooking, smoking, using candles, or similar, which may incur a cost of up to 5.000 SEK).
