Taste of the North - a plate with traditional Swedish food
Make it easy for yourself, and let yourself be relieved! In collaboration with Snitth's hantverksbageriet, we serve a delicious, complete, hot evening meal in one of our apartments or in the outdoor kitchen during the warmer season.
Kärsti and Lotta from Snitth's hantverksbageriet cook the food without using packages and/or jars and invest as much in local and fresh ingredients as possible.
Your dinner will consist of several traditional, classic Swedish dishes such as kålpudding, kroppkakor, köttbullar, rotfruktsgratäng, served with side dishes, a dessert and something to drink. (a vegetarian variant is available; please indicate in advance if you want to take advantage of this option).
